One Year on Car-Parazzi
Today, I have been on Car-Parazzi for one year. Without this website, I would have probably never gotten into car spotting.

Thanks to all of the great members on here and Spyder, Dash, and the Admins that keep the site going!

Thanks everyone!

My photos are on FordGTForum.com! :D
So, last night, I got a message on Flickr from someone who said that he posted my photos on FordGTForum.com. So I clicked on the link to the website, and it was true! So, I replied back to him and said that he can keep them up as long as he gives a link to my photostream (which he put up).

If you want to see the thread, here's the link:

Chicago
Hey fellow car spotters,

Tomorrow my family and I are leaving for Chicago. We're leaving Cleveland tomorrow and coming back from Chicago on Saturday.

I'm really excited for this trip. It'll be my longest car ride ever (6 hours).

My family and I are going to walk around Chicago (looking for cars and doing other "tourist" type things), look at the hotel and restaurant valets, and going to see my cousins.

On a side note, I most likely will not have internet access from tomorrow morning until Saturday evening. But don't worry, I'll upload all of my pictures on Sunday and/or Monday.

Yesterday was a fun day...
Yesterday my dad and I were running some errands and then going to a british car show at a local college afterwards. So, were driving down a really busy street (Chagrin Boulevard if you've ever been to Cleveland), and all of a sudden *BAM*. The right tire blows out on my dad's Saturn Aura.

My dad immediately turns on the "hazard lights", slows down and pulls to the right. Luckily we are only about 5 minutes away from the nearest Saturn dealer. So my dad calls the dealer and asks if he can bring the car in really quickly because we wanted to go to the british car show by 1:30. The man at the dealer said okay. So, we bring it in, they inspect the tire, and say that we have two options:

1. We could wait at the dealer for 2 hours while an employee drives to someplace on the west side of Cleveland to get us a new tire.

OR

2. They could put on the spare tire (with no rim, I should add), and we could drive to the show and then come back to the dealer after we left the show.

We chose the second option. Other than that it was a pretty fun day. I got to sit in an Aston Martin... lol. :D

Interesting stuff...
I have a few interesting things I'd like to share... :)

So, a few nights ago I'm sitting on the couch watching TV when I get a text message from a friend who was on vacation in NYC. There's a picture in the message and he says it's "some kind of Ferrari". I look at the picture and it's the California! It kind of looks like the one that CarKid submitted a while ago. It was silver and I think it had the same rims as the one that CarKid saw. Although I'm not sure if it was a convertible or not...

Also, my sister's boyfriend said he saw a Ferrari in Cleveland's Little Italy neighborhood a few days ago. He wasn't sure what kind, but after I showed him some different pictures, we decided that it was the 360 Spider.

Okay, that's all. Carry on. :)

Going to Michigan tomorrow...
Hey guys,

I just thought I'd let you know that I won't have internet access tomorrow (until about 7:00PM tomorrow night) because my family and I are going to Michigan for the Ann Arbor Art Fair!

I'm really excited. This will be my mom and I's third year going and my dad's first year.

Cars on dealer display
I was at a shopping center tonight and there were two Porsches (a Carrera & Boxster) on display for a local Porsche/Audi dealer. Would it be okay to submit a shot of them even though the cars haven't been purchased yet?

BTW, I know Boxsters aren't accepted, but Carreras are...

Thanks!

A great day
Today, my dad and I went to the local Maserati, Jaguar, Land Rover, and BMW dealer. When we pulled into the parking lot, I saw about 6 or 7 GranTurismos and about 4 or 5 Quattroportes! We pulled into a parking space and walked inside the showroom. A salesman approached us, asked us how we were, what we were here for, etc., etc. He was very nice. My dad and I then thanked him and walked out onto the lot to take pictures of some of the cars. I took a lot of pictures and then my dad and I decided to walk next door to the BMW dealer. I rounded the corner, and guess what I saw? A BMW Z8 Alpina. I got my camera out and started taking pics. The same salesman that had helped us earlier walked out of the dealer and started walking toward me. I was afraid he would say something like, "Please don't take pictures of the cars,". But instead, he said, "Do you know what kind of car that is?". I replied, "A BMW Z8 Alpina,". He looked stunned that I knew what it was. He said that it was the owner of the dealer's personal car. He said that he comes into the dealer every Saturday to have lunch. The salesman than continued to tell me that he has a client that has a Porsche 959. I said, "Really?". He nodded. I thanked him again and then my dad and I went to the BMW dealer. They didn't have any M5s or M6s, so we went back into our car and drove across the street to a shopping center where I saw a Dodge Viper.

PS - I also told the salesman about car-parazzi.

Anyone here a member of F-chat? I joined tonight and was wondering if anyone from here was a member there. I know that BenzLover, Willian, and Blake are members there.

Lamborghini Murcielago accident
My mom and I saw on the news that a Lamborghini Murcielago got wedged under another car. It don't know where it happened, but I know that it wasn't in Cleveland.

Anyone else have any info about this?
